Holi is a religious festival celebrated by Hindus .Holi is known as the festival of colors and is primarily observed in India, Nepal, Pakistan, and countries with large Indic diaspora populations following Hinduism, such as Suriname, Malaysia, Guyana, South Africa, Trinidad, United Kingdom, United States, Mauritius, and Fiji.

Every year Holi is celebrated at the end of winter season .In some states of India such as West Bengal and Orissa, it is known as Dolyatra (Doul Jatra) (Bengali), or Basanta-Utsav (“spring festival”)(Bengali).

Saint Valentine’s Day, commonly shortened to Valentine’s Day, is an annual celebration held on February 14 celebrating love and affection between intimate companions. The day is named after one or more early Christian martyrs named Saint Valentine, and was established by Pope Gelasius I in 496 AD. It was deleted from the General Roman Calendar of saints in 1969 by Pope Paul VI.

It is traditionally a day on which lovers express their love for each other by presenting flowers, offering confectionery, and sending greeting cards (known as “valentines”).
