Yes, cos Facebook Timeline is permanent and cannot be reverted. Every solution i’ve seen online is simply a browser trick that makes one’s profile look like the old profile. All the same i think i prefer the timeline…. So why’ll i wanna revert?

I guess there is no need to remove timeline in your current browser version . as timeline is not supported by your browser . but still if you are facing this issue than follow the above process .
Well, I suggest you should get Google Chrome I got my timeline removed. If that doesn’t work. Than I don’t what else you could do.

I have got a solution for safari browser .You can give it a try .Just follow the simple steps now :
1. first go into the “Preferences” menu
2.select “Advanced”
3. Tick the “Show Develop menu in menu bar” option
4. Exit the preferences menu.
Now click the page icon menu (next to the cog wheel icon) then select the “Develop/User agent” menu .
After that choose the useragent you wish to use for the current website you are viewing. Select Internet Explorer 7.

Yes you are right its not a permanent solution . atleast for yourself you can get back your Facebook old profile .
Actually any friend who has added timeline remover will only see the old version and not timeline as i have just found with my friends who did what I did and we dont see timeline on each others pages

Someone reported that these extensions uses our data then Facebook spammed these extensions but now the extension has been updated and till now there is no proof of these kind of issue . I wish there was a way to “really” get your old profile back on F.B. (besides from having to start from scratch by making a new one), though thank goodness there’s the add-ons, which do the trick for now, until F.B. finally realizes what a massive mistake the timeline format was, and hopefully does away with it before long. Now if only someone could come up with an “unfriend blocker” than we’d really be set, which would be so great to have as well! Any chance we’ll get something like that made before long, and would be possible to do so? Just curious.
